Otsu Live is a live-streaming and social app for adults 18 and older. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualizing minors, sextortion, and trafficking. This applies to live streams, photos, profile pictures, bios, chat, comments and direct messages.
• Any sexual or sexually suggestive content involving anyone under 18, real or computer-made.
• Contacting, grooming or pressuring a minor, or asking a minor for images or to meet.
• Sharing, asking for, or linking to CSAM, or offering to trade it.
• Anyone under 18 using Otsu Live. Accounts we believe belong to a minor are closed.
In the Otsu Live app, tap ⚑ Report (or press and hold a message) and choose 🚨 Child safety. You can report streams, chat messages, direct messages, photos, comments and profiles. Child-safety reports go to the top of our review queue and alert our staff immediately.
You can also email us at support@otsulive.com. Please don't attach or forward the images themselves. Describe what you saw and give the username instead.
You can also report directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
• We remove violating content from public view and permanently ban the accounts involved.
• We keep the evidence securely, as the law requires, and don't share it with anyone except the authorities.
• We report apparent CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline, as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate
with law enforcement.
• Sign-up requires users to be 18 or older, text is filtered for abusive language, and staff review reports.
