Delete your Otsu Live account
You can delete your account here, even without the app. Enter the email address on your account.
We'll email you a link that works for 60 minutes. Open it and confirm to delete.
What gets deleted: your profile and username, profile picture, photos (and their likes and comments),
comments you wrote, direct messages you sent and received, streams and their chat, gifts you sent, follows, blocks,
reports you made, and your coin balance and earnings. This can't be undone.
What we keep: reports other people made about your account, the staff activity log (which records that the
account was deleted), and copyright (DMCA) notice records. We keep these for safety and legal reasons.
Banned accounts, and accounts under a child-safety review, can't be deleted while the review is open, because the law
requires us to keep the evidence.
You can also delete your account in the app: Profile → ☰ → Settings & Privacy → Delete Account.
